Simon Cowell has convinced them to let them return with an exclusive performance of at least two songs to mid-November.
About 20 million people are waiting to see the band's first appearance together since their split in 1995.
The boys sing a new song and one or more of their classics, including Back For Good, Never Forget and Relight My Fire. They can also do mentoring in some of the acts.
Cowell is also making another list of names to be welcomed, as Prince, Madonna, Elton John and The Rolling Stones.
A show source said: "The landing of Take That is so huge that ensure a large audience."
"And getting a legend like Prince, it's really hard to convince, create another memorable show."
